Attorney Mike Dennin has been handling my W/C case which caused fractured Cervical C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C6 to spine and spinal cord damage near the C1-C2 spinal cord area. Once the work related injury was reported to my employer, I went to the medical facility which handles a work injury. After being checked 3 time documenting pain at cervical areas, numbness in both hands, ect. which are signs of a cervical injury. After being sent to a shoulder doctor stating the injury maybe a shoulder injury or a tumor in one of my lungs. After X-rays, cat-scans and MRI, you can see the entire cervical area inflamed. This doctor MMI me with no type of pain medication. "OH IT GETS BETTER". All my medical was under the advisement of the assigned case nurse. She then has me get an EMG due the numbness in both hands, which was documented negative no medical issues. So Attorney Mike Dennin was retain knowing my W/C case is a completed medical nightmare case. So with a lot of hard work including court motions, I had Cervical surgery which was suppose to be a simple disc replacement, next I was informed a plate was screwed to my skull, C1-C2-C3 were fused with 2 bars 6 screws, 2nd surgery was C5-C6 replaced. Mr. Dennin again worked severely hard with a noncompliant case nurse and adjuster to provide Bursa-sac surgery caused by wrong therapy, ulnar surgery since the 1st EMG was incorrect, causing permanent muscle atrophy and TMG (jaw) and dental issues caused by the 1st surgery. In short the carrier and case nurse stopped several types of medical care and therapy causing further physical permanent damage, along with other areas which to this day need to be medically addressed. Now keep in mind I fired the 1st Attorney. Mr. Dennin to this day has fighting relentlessly with insurance Carrier Adjuster and Case nurse to make sure all types of medical care is being provided until all of my medical care is completed to my and his satisfaction. If you need a very strong and knowledgeable attorney for injury cases, I highly recommend Mike Dennin who in addition is always keeping up to date with all current worker compensation case law and all types of injury law. Again I would recommend Mike Dennin to handle anyone who needs a strong attorney.
